High speed JFET input operational amplifiers incorporating well matched, high voltage JFET and bipolar transistors in a monolithic integrated circuit. TL07x series are designed as low-noise versions of the TL08x series with low input bias and offset currents and fast slew rates. TL074 is a 14-pin DIL package with four individual amplifiers.
