Delivery

The Electronics Hub Ltd uses Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour Delivery Service with a fixed price of £3.65 unless you (the customer) spends £25* or more of items not indicated as "online only on the product page" which delivery is offered free of charge. There is also an Express Delivery option available at £4.65 which is a tracked 1-3 day delivery expectancy, this offer is optional. * For items indicated as "Online Only" on the the product page, these are dispatched direct from our suppliers who may apply an extra delivery charge

We do not ship items to outside of the UK. All items purchased will be tracked with a tracking number provided to our customers.

Some larger parcels over £25 may be sent via a third party carrier such as DHL, Parcel Force or DPD of which you (the customer) will be sent a tracking number. Please note that any large parcels may require someone to be at the delivery address to collect or sign for a parcel. Any/all postage costs are non-refundable. Due to the store opening hours we may not be able to post out items on a Monday.

 

Age Restricted Items

All age restricted items will be sent via DPD tracked delivery. This includes but is not limited to; blades, aerosols and solvents, batteries, heat emitting devices. Proof of age will be required at the point of delivery. If proof of age cannot be verified the item/s will be returned to sender.

We do not cover the postage cost of returning any unwanted items if they are in unopened and/or in unused condition within the 30-day returns policy.
