Delivery

The Electronics Hub Ltd uses Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour Delivery Service with a fixed price of £3.55 unless you (the customer) spends £25 or more of which delivery is offered free of charge. There is also an Express Delivery option available at £4.45 which is a tracked 1-3 day delivery expectancy, this offer is optional. We do not ship items to outside of the UK. All items purchased will be tracked with a tracking number provided to our customers.

Some larger parcels over £25 may be sent via a third party carrier such as DHL, Parcel Force or DPD of which you (the customer) will be sent a tracking number. Please note that any large parcels may require someone to be at the delivery address to collect or sign for a parcel. Any/all postage costs are non-refundable. Due to the store opening hours we may not be able to post out items on a Monday.

 

Age Restricted Items

All age restricted items will be sent via DPD tracked delivery. This includes but is not limited to; blades, aerosols and solvents, batteries, heat emitting devices. Proof of age will be required at the point of delivery. If proof of age cannot be verified the item/s will be returned to sender.

We do not cover the postage cost of returning any unwanted items if they are in unopened and/or in unused condition within the 30-day returns policy.
